Important information for existing Customers, which are using the Recruiting Portal:

Since all forms that are integrated into the Recruiting Portal have been renamed to RU 36, the following forms must be added back into the Portal Management App after the solution import.
If this is not done, the Recruiting Portal will subsequently no longer function, as the renamed forms can no longer be retrieved.

Open Portal Management App (DE: Portal Verwaltung)


Navigate to Basic Forms


Open described Basic Form record, which is mentioned in the table (Basic Form Name)

Select Value inside the Drop Down List in the Form Name (NEW Form Name of Drop-Down List)


If available select Value inside the Drop Down List in the Form Tab (Tab Name (If available))

 

How to find the Advanced Form Step


Open Portal Management App (DE: Portal Verwaltung)


Navigate to Advanced Forms (German: Webformulare)


Open described Advanced Form record, which is mentioned in the table (Advanced Form Name)

Navigate to Tab "Advanced Form Steps" (ger: Webformularschritte)

Open described Advanced Form Step record, which is mentioned in the table (Advanced Form Name)


Navigate to Tab "Form Definition"

Select Value inside the Drop Down List in the Form Name (NEW Form Name of Drop-Down List)


If available select Value inside the Drop Down List in the Form Tab (Tab Name (If available))
